Max-Fax

Includes all client software necessary for the selection of letterheads and signatures, and for the totally automatic application of the fax process at the workstation. Max-Fax is compatible with all versions of WordPerfect (WIN & DOS), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel (5.0c+), AmiPro (WIN) and Lotus Notes (4.5+). For all other Windows applications, a Fax Administrator Printer is available so that any document that can be printed may be faxed. Max-Fax is separately licensed for DOS, Windows & WIN95/NT resulting in the need to acquire in accordance with your needs.

Additionally, WPA designs up to two letterheads per office and enables the electronic signature collection process for each location. Substantial features include: 1) installation/operation without TSRs; 2) Fax Administrator/Coordinator printer selection; 3) default printer identification and re-selection; 4) an assembled fax preview before transmit; 5) auto-launch of Fax Administrator/Coordinator; and, 6) purging of embedded letterheads and signatures.

Multiple-Fax Document Manager allows for the automatic assembly of many different documents for contiguous transmission to one or many recipients. Each document is stored in a temporary file folder and then assembled in a manner that maintains all format attributes, etc., of each and every attached document. This component may also be setup to automatically print a copy of every facsimile (including letterheads and signatures) to each users default printer or possibly to one central queue located in the firm's records department or the like.
